ZR-2052 Airborne bacteria sampler
Product Description
Planktonic bacteria sampler (also known as air microbial sampler), used to collect biological particles suspended in the air (such as live microbial particles), usually using the impact method (such as slit, centrifugal, etc.) will be airborne microbial particles to the surface of the culture medium, and after cultivation, the formation of bacterial colonies, for the subsequent counting . Key components include sampling head, vacuum pump, flow meter and timer.
ZR-2052 Airborne Bacteria Sampler is a highly efficient single-stage porous impact sampler, based on the Anderson impact principle, with an impact speed of 10.8m/s, it can collect particles with a diameter of more than 1μm in the air. The air is sucked in by the pump, and through the porous sampling head, the airborne microorganisms are impacted on the Φ90mm petri dish, and then the airborne microorganisms are "captured" on the agar medium, and then formed into visible colonies after cultivation, and then analyzed.
This sampler can realize 0.4 m/s isokinetic sampling, and clean room wind speed to maintain consistency, improve the accuracy of test results. It can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food, drug testing, disease control, health epidemic prevention, hospitals and other related industries for environmental air cleanliness testing and compressed gas microbial content detection.
