Instrument Introduction
A thermogravimetric analyzer is an instrument that uses thermogravimetry to detect the temperature-mass change relationship of a substance. Thermogravimetry is the measurement of the relationship between the change of mass of a substance with temperature (or time) under programmed temperature control. It is widely used in research and development, process optimization and quality control in various fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials and composites.

Instrument Usage
We mainly measure physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as adsorption and desorption of substances, content analysis of components, decomposition, chemosynthesis, dehydration, additives and other changes to be studied.

Instrument Features
Integration of the capacitive electro-mechanical and atmosphere control into a single instrument reduces signal loss and interference.
Atmosphere control system adopts mass flow controller, two-way stabilized pressure, stabilized flow of gas can be changed in the experimental process, high precision, good repeatability, fast response speed (can be customized to resist a variety of corrosive gases atmosphere control system).
It can satisfy from micro samples to large dosage samples (adjustable from 0 to 5g by replacing the support bar). It can meet the testing requirements of various samples under different conditions. Crucible types can be selected from Φ5×4, Φ5×8, Φ8×10, Φ18×8, Φ18×15, Φ18×20 (mm) and so on.
All the measurement process is automatically completed, automatic drawing, the software function can complete the TG, DTG, DDTG and other conventional data processing; special data processing (material percentage content, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison).
The system can take a screenshot at any moment during the acquisition of the specimen and automatically change the range according to the size of the output signal.
Users are able to perform temperature and thermogravimetric calibration using standard specimens.
Large screen LCD display, real-time display of the instrument's status and data, two sets of temperature-measuring couplings, one set of couplings real-time display of the furnace temperature (whether the furnace is working or not) and another set of couplings to display the temperature of the sample at work.
