Product Description
High-pressure visual DSC adopts a new unique design, which is capable of DSC data acquisition under high-pressure, high-temperature, and reactive gas conditions, and at the same time can monitor the real-time changes of the measured material at any time through the visual system. The high precision pressure control and accurate gas flow control provide users with better service in the process analysis of material component changes, process optimization, quality control and other fields.
Instrument Usage
It mainly measures physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as glass transition temperature, melting point, melting temperature, crystallization and heat of crystallization, heat of phase transition reaction, thermal stability of products, curing/crosslinking, and oxidation induction period.
Description of the reaction
The chemical reaction of the sample occurs in an isothermal temperature-controlled heating and high-pressure environment, with both the feedstock gas and pressurized auxiliary gas being fed in, as well as the thermal pressurization formed by the thermal expansion of the gases and the pressure relief and discharge of the generated gases.
Technical background
In conventional thermal analyzers due to the stepwise transmission of gases, which creates a pressure difference within the reaction line, it is difficult to maintain a constant pressure and flow in the reaction environment, especially when the water vapor generated at elevated temperatures after subzero frosting causes severe fluctuations in the DSC baseline of the sample.

This optical information allows a precise interpretation of the phenomena measured in the DSC curves.The CCD electron microscope system cleverly uses the principle of image refraction, which effectively solves the effect of temperature on the image.
