Differential Scanning Calorimetry (Heat Flow DSC), as a classical thermal analysis method of thermal effects at controlled programmed temperatures, has long been widely used in today's research and development, process optimization, quality control and failure analysis of all kinds of materials and chemical fields. Using DSC, we can study the phase transition of inorganic materials, the melting and crystallization process of polymer materials, the polycrystalline phenomenon of pharmaceuticals, the solid/liquid phase ratio of fats and oils and other foodstuffs, and so on.
■ Instrument Features
1. Equipped with a 40-position full autosampler, the compact size makes it easy to be placed in the laboratory for unattended test operations, which greatly saves labor costs and improves experimental efficiency.
2. Heat flow differential scanning calorimeter has good repeatability and high accuracy, especially suitable for precise measurement of specific heat.
3. Integration of the whole machine, the temperature control and furnace device into one, reducing signal loss and interference.
4. Perfect two-channel atmosphere control system with mass flow controller; during the measurement process, two-channel air intake can be selected, and the software settings are automatically switched.
5. The instrument is equipped with standard material, the user can carry out the calibration of each temperature band by himself, to reduce the error of the instrument.
6. Intelligent software design, the whole instrument automatically draws, the software can realize all kinds of data processing, such as the calculation of enthalpy, glass transition temperature, oxidation induction period, the melting point and crystallization of substances and so on.
7. The instrument can automatically generate DSC and oxidation induction period experiment report.
8. Large screen LCD display, real-time display of the status of the instrument and data, two sets of temperature measurement couples, a set of couples to display the sample temperature at work, the other set of couples real-time display of the furnace temperature (regardless of whether the furnace work or not).
9. The machine is equipped with RS232 and USB interface, intelligent software, which can realize automatic program control and setting.
10. The instrument has the function of remote operation and maintenance and adjustment (the instrument can be operated remotely through the Internet).
