Product Description

High-vacuum automatic vacuum drying oven is designed for glue, silicone and other items defoaming, cosmetic side leakage and drying of heat-sensitive, easy to decompose and easy to oxidize substances and design, can be filled with inert gas to the interior, especially some of the complex composition of the items can also be quickly dried. It can save operators from frequent operation and other work.
The vacuum degree can be much lower than the conventional 133Pa and reach about 10Pa. Equipped with bipolar rotary vane vacuum pump with stable performance and noise below 52dB.

Structural features:
Shell: the whole machine is thickened design, the outer box is made of cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying box, strong corrosion resistance.
Control panel: 5-inch high-definition touch screen, display temperature, time, vacuum, reservation switching machine and other functions, standard 9999 cycles, 10-segment programming, customized mode / programmable mode switching.
Full-automatic vacuum mode: the vacuum degree can be set, after reaching the set vacuum degree, it will automatically stop pumping and then automatically heat up and keep pressure at constant temperature. (It can save the operator's work such as frequent operation)
Vacuum Gauge: A resistance vacuum gauge is used, which is made by utilizing the principle that heat conduction of gases at low pressure is related to pressure.
Observation window: thickened tempered glass, large viewing angle observation window, the whole working condition is clearly visible
Inner liner: with thickened inner liner 304 mirror stainless steel, reinforced by external reinforcement.
Partition: The tray is made of aluminum plate, which has a good heat transfer effect.
Heat preservation layer: between the box and the studio, filled with 5-7CM thick ceramic fiber cotton, with good heat preservation function, effectively ensure the stability and accuracy of the temperature inside the box and the use of environmental impact.
Seal: Our own molding silicone seal, empty box pressure for more than 3 months.
Heating tube: adopts stainless steel heating tube, fast heating and stable uniformity.
Heating method can be selected: internal heating (partition heating) with temperature multi-point correction function, the common temperature points can be individually corrected/external heating (bundled heating around the inner liner).
Air inlet valve: new type ball valve control on the side, light operation, (inert gas inlet valve can be added).
Solenoid valve: replaces the traditional manual ball valve, preventing improper operation, vacuum pump back-suction or oil leakage.
Lower body cabinet: standard with Zhejiang Feiyue vacuum pump. (Other brands of vacuum pumps can also be specified)

Introduction to control systems:
★Personalized program design: fixed value mode, programmable mode can be switched. Can be preset up to ten sections of the programmable program and can choose whether to cycle the program to achieve the automatic operation of the temperature and time.
★Adopt microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection, over-temperature protection and touch screen display with timing function.
★ Timing methods are varied: 1. Timing units can be freely switched, minutes, hours as a unit; 2. Timing methods, boot running timing and constant temperature after timing and constant pressure timing three modes.
★Upgraded sound and light alarm environmental scanning microcomputer chip with stable data processing function
★Setting parameters have a password lock to prevent personnel from tampering with set values and other information.
★ Over-temperature alarm, over-temperature alarm, timed shutdown, incoming call recovery, parameter encryption, temperature correction, speed correction and other functions.
★With power failure recovery function: after a sudden loss of power in the external power supply and re-call, the equipment can automatically resume operation according to the original setup program.
