Humanized design

● Large screen LCD display, various parameters are displayed on one screen, and the operation interface is simple and easy to understand and operate; the operation interface is equipped with a password locking function, which can prevent human misoperation; and it is equipped with a timer and on/off function.
● New environmentally friendly design, imported brand compressor and circulating wind speed, high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, not only to promote energy saving, but also a long service life, compared with the traditional cooling equipment, cooling time can be reduced by more than 30%.
● The inner liner, vibrating countertop and shelves are made of 304 stainless steel, with half-rounded corners, and the inner liner wall is electrochemically treated to resist corrosion and avoid bacterial growth, ensuring durability and easy to clean and disinfect.

Carbon dioxide monitoring and control systems
● Adopting imported infrared sensors, it has the characteristics of fast monitoring speed and high precision of carbon dioxide gas and is not affected by the fluctuation of external temperature and humidity, so that even if many people use it and need to open and close the door frequently, it can still maintain the stability and uniformity of CO2 concentration inside the box. Users only need to connect the CO2 gas source can be used directly.
● The CO 2 air inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter, which filters up to 99.99% for particles with a diameter of ≥0.3 μm, and can effectively filter bacteria, microdust particles and microbial contaminants in CO 2 gas.

Triple eccentric shaft balanced drive

Temperature and humidity control system
● Selection of temperature and humidity sensors that can operate under high temperature to ensure accurate control of temperature and humidity inside the chamber. Control Box Door and Oscillation Tray
● The door of the box is equipped with a hollow toughened observation window, which is convenient for the operator to observe the test status without opening the door, and the door of the box has a heating function, which can prevent the observation window from generating condensation and prevent the possibility of microbial contamination due to condensation.

Ambient temperature monitoring system

A. Microbiological high-efficiency filters

B. HEPA high efficiency filter
● CO 2 The quality of gas inside the incubator is an important indicator of the cell culture environment, HEPA high efficiency filter can effectively filter out bacteria and dust particles in the outside air, eliminate and prevent cross-contamination between the outside air and the inner chamber of the incubator, so that the incubator is always in a sterile state. After the door is closed for 5 minutes, the air quality inside the incubator can be quickly restored to the clean level of class 100.HEPA high efficiency filter is easy to disassemble and install without tools.
Hierarchical rights management (optional)
● Multiple assignable personal accounts, according to the needs of equipment management, the equipment controller operating privileges can be assigned to the administrator, operator, visitor three levels of authority accounts. The touch screen also supports Chinese and English inputs, and the system can be logged in according to the actual name of the operator. At the same time, the system also has an operation log query function to record the detailed operation logs of each user, which is convenient for equipment operation and maintenance management and audit trail.
Sterilization systems
A. 90℃ high temperature moist heat sterilization system
● It is possible to sterilize the inner chamber (including the temperature sensor, carbon dioxide concentration sensor, fan, partition, and stand) with high temperature and humidity, eliminating microbial contamination caused by bacteria, molds, mycoplasma, and other microorganisms in cell culture, and providing a safe experimental environment for the user.
● Simple operation: the user only needs to simply press the (Sterilization Start) button on the control panel, the sterilization system can sterilize all the components in the chamber (including the temperature sensor, carbon dioxide concentration sensor, fans, partitions and brackets). The entire sterilization process takes up to 18 hours to ensure complete and efficient sterilization.
