JBT07 Series Dynamic Bubble Pressure Tensiometer Technical Principle
The liquid under test is placed in a sample container and a special capillary tube is immersed in the liquid, which is connected to a sensitive pressure sensor. During the test, a gas or inert gas is passed through the capillary, a bubble is formed at the end of the capillary and the pressure of this bubble is measured.
When the JBT07 series of dynamic bubble pressure tensiometers continuously increase the rheological rate of the gas, the frequency of bubble formation is accelerated and the survival time of each bubble is reduced accordingly. The bubble number and tension curve can be scanned automatically, or the tension value of the specified bubble number can be measured singly. Bubble pressure is maximized when the bubble radius at the end of the capillary is equal to the capillary radius. Once the bubble radius exceeds the capillary radius, the bubble pressure decreases significantly. The maximum pressure to generate bubbles is proportional to the dynamic surface tension.
