- The CRYSTA-Apex S500/700/900 series are CNC coordinate measuring machines that realize high accuracy ( 1.7µm ), high speed and high acceleration. A variety of models are available for different workpiece sizes, allowing for greater measurement flexibility.
- The scale for detecting the position of each axis is equipped with a high-precision Mitutoyo special linear encoder with extremely high detection function and high-precision control function, and realizes high-precision measurement through various techniques of structure, control, parts processing and assembly.
- Floor vibrations at the location where the mainframe is mounted can cause variations in the measured values. The CRYSTA-Apex S500/700/900 series can be fitted with the optional self-leveling gas spring vibration isolation table, which not only isolates the mainframe from the effects of floor vibrations, but also allows the use of sensors to detect changes in the loads due to axes movement or workpiece placement, and to quickly level the CMM. - The Crysta-Apex S-Series of high precision CMMs are equipped with temperature compensation, so the setup environment does not require a thermostat control room, and the accuracy of the mainframe can be guaranteed over a temperature range of 16-26ºC.
