The FLIR Si1-LD is an easy-to-use sonde for locating and quantifying high pressure leaks in compressed air systems. Designed to help maintenance, manufacturing, and engineering professionals identify air leaks faster than traditional methods, this lightweight, one-handed acoustic imager is built into a carefully constructed, high-sensitivity MEMS microphone array that generates precise acoustic images to visualize ultrasonic information, even in loud industrial environments. The acoustic image is superimposed on the digital image in real time, allowing you to pinpoint the source of the sound and quantify the losses incurred through on-board analysis features.The Si1-LD is equipped with a plug-in that lets you import the acoustic image into the FLIR Thermal Studio suite for offline editing, analysis, and the creation of advanced reports. On-site analysis and reporting is also possible with FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer's cloud service. With regular routine maintenance, the FLIR Si1-LD helps plants reduce their environmental impact and save on utility costs. Image transfer can be managed via memory stick or USB cable.
